The concierge staff can arrange a tour of the city or you can just hop on the cable car to Fishermans wharf and enjoy a tour of your own. After a busy day shopping and touring the neighborhood, plan an evening at one of the many fine dining restaurants followed by shows at the American Conservatory, Curran, Orpheum or Golden Gate Theaters. Ask our concierge for booking assistance, especially, San Francisco's own Beach Blanket Babylon. One immediately notices the tradition of personal service that has been the hotel's hallmark since they first opened the doors. For the comfort and security of all hotel guests on New Years Eve, parties or excessive noise will not be allowed in our guest rooms. Please be advised that non registered guests will not be permitted beyond the lobby. The number of guests must be confirmed prior to arrival. Guests will not be added to the reservation at time of check-in. You will be asked to stop by the reception desk to obtain a security bracelet before leaving for the evening -one bracelet per registered guest-. Our staff will be on duty to assist you for the evening. Only guests with bracelets will be allowed access to the guest elevators and the guest rooms; there will be no exceptions.
